Course reviews
How learners leave reviews and how you moderate what shows on the landing page.
How learners leave reviews
Any actively enrolled learner can rate a course — 1–5 stars plus an optional comment — from the Rate this course panel in the course player. One review per enrollment, editable later. Learners don’t have to finish the course first; early impressions count too.
Where reviews show
Approved reviews appear on the course’s public landing page — the star average next to the title and the individual reviews further down. Social proof sells: courses with visible ratings convert browsers into buyers noticeably better.
Moderation — publish first, hide when needed
Reviews publish automatically; your control is after the fact. In Admin → Reviews, filter by all / approved / hidden and press Hide on anything abusive or off-topic — it disappears from the public page immediately. Changed your mind? Approve brings it back. Hiding is invisible to the reviewer.
Reviews in your CRM
With the HubSpot integration connected, each contact carries their latest approved review rating — and hiding a review removes it from the next sync.
